Prefer to talk? Reach us at +27352959975 between 9:00 and 16:00 South African time. If we are packing jars or testing a batch, leave a message and we will call you back the same day.
Our pantry and packing space is at 7036 Adrian Motorway Apt. 967, Moagitown, WC 5311. Visits are by appointment only, so email us first and we will set aside time to walk you through the current batch.
Email queries get an answer within 24 hours on weekdays. Phone messages are returned the same day if they come in before 15:00. Weekend messages are picked up on Monday morning.
Include your order number and the jar name in your message. That helps us check the batch date, shipping details, and any storage notes specific to your order without extra back-and-forth.
If a guide in your jar is unclear or a substitution did not behave as expected, tell us what you used and how it looked. We will suggest a fix and note it for the next recipe revision.
